Ordering Items:

You may order CDs and other merchandise online or (see below) by traditional mail order.
You may order MP3s, CDs or other merchandise online simply by clicking on the "buy" or "add to cart" button or link associated with that item. It will be placed in your shopping cart.
Your shopping cart will be displayed whenever you click on an "add" button or a "view cart" button.
Whenever your shopping cart is displayed, you can change the quantity of an item you wish to order or remove that item completely from your shopping cart.
When you are finished shopping, click on the view cart page "checkout" button.
Note: Wildplum uses separate shopping carts for MP3s and for CDs/Merchandise, along with separate checkout procedures for each. Both use PayPal for processing the credit card payments.

Online Order Payments:

Wildplum uses PayPal for processing online credit card payments. PayPal is the most used method for making credit card payments on the internet, especially friendly for small things such as Wildplum. It is fast, highly secure, accepts all major credit cards, you will not get spam from it, and you do not need to sign up or be a PayPal member to use it.

To Purchase MP3s Songs:

Select the MP3 songs that you want by clicking on the "add to cart" button.
When you have finished selecting songs, click on the "secure checkout button" on the view cart page.
Complete the PayPal form.
Once you have completed the PayPal form you will be sent an email (to the address you provided on the PayPal form) which will provide you with a login ID, a password, and a url to link to.
Link to the url and login with the provided the login ID and password, you will then be able to download the MP3.
The login ID and Password will be active for 48 hours.

Shipping:

Shipping and handling costs are added at checkout.
Unless otherwise noted, shipping is 7% of the order total.
The handling charge is $1.95 per order (regardless of the number of items ordered).
We usually ship orders within two business days of receiving your order.
You will receive an email message confirming your order.

Traditional Mail Order:

Yes, we can still do things the "old fashioned" way- via US Postal Service.
Payment is by check or money order, payable to Wildplum Recordings.
Print and fill out the Mail Order Form
The Mail Order Form lists the prices for each title.
Mail order prices include shipping.
There is a handling charge of $1.95 per order.
Send the Mail Order Form, along with your check or money order, and the shipping address.
Orders are shipped via US Postal Service.
Orders are usually shipped within two business days of receipt.
